Restore is expanding its operations team and seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager.
The role manages site teams, production, work progress, resource planning, and smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support site teams throughout projects.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor productivity and work progress; plan manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources.
- Review risks and delays and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with the HSE team to maintain safe working conditions on sites.
- Conduct site inspections, review project performance, and prepare progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 10 years of construction project management experience, including at least 5 years in UAE construction.
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent client communication and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and teams while maintaining projects.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 15,000–20,000 per month.
