QA/QC Electrical Foreman
Role Overview
The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Foreman is responsible for ensuring all electrical installations meet company standards, project specifications, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
This role oversees quality control scheduling aligned with project phases, conducts regular job walks and audits, identifies and resolves non-conformances, and communicates QC status to key stakeholders.
The QA/QC Foreman maintains and updates living standards for Means and Methods, drives continuous improvement, and supports field teams through training and proactive quality oversight

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience.
- Prior experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Senior Electrician preferred
- Experience performing quality inspections or compliance audits
- Experience reviewing electrical plans and specifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of NEC in the field
- Experience working within structured construction project phases
- Experience coordinating with Project Managers and Field Leadership
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and reach over head – all for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work both indoors and out at all times of the year
- Able to Climb ladders (all types) and work from scaffolds and lifts.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 51 pounds unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Senior Electrician preferred
