QA/QC Electrical Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Inspect electrical systems using testing equipment and methods to verify project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans, procedures, and guidelines for electrical installations.
• Review design documents and specifications with project managers and engineers; recommend quality and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor and report quality metrics, analyze trends, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Audit electrical installations, document findings, and ensure corrective actions address non-conformities promptly.
• Train and support project teams on quality processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure materials and services meet quality specifications.
• Track industry trends, regulations, and best practices and apply them to quality management systems.
• Participate in project meetings and integrate quality considerations into planning and execution.
