Overview
We are looking for a **QA/QC Cum Trainer Executive** with experience in quality assurance, quality control, and technical training.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, conducting internal audits, preparing quality documentation, and delivering training programs to employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures and quality management systems.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare and review quality documents, reports, procedures, and work instructions.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct employee induction and technical training programs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with various departments to improve quality and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC and training activities.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in calibration, inspection, industrial services, or technical industries is an advantage.
- UAE driving license will be advantage.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
