Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction; the posting specifies 3 years of QA/QC and 3 years of TAQA / ADDC experience as required.
- Experience in civil, MEP, and electrical works.
- Experience on TAQA projects and UAE project experience are preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
Technical Requirements
- Good knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards.
- Experience preparing and reviewing ITPs, method statements, checklists, WIRs/inspection requests, and other QA/QC documents.
- Experience conducting site inspections and coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients.
- Knowledge of material inspections, testing, inspection records, and quality documentation.
- Experience handling NCRs, observations, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
- Ability to maintain QA/QC records and prepare quality reports.
Certifications
- Relevant QA/QC certification or training is required.
- ISO 9001 / Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
- Additional QA/QC or inspection-related certifications are advantageous.
Pay
- AED 2,016.07–10,515.73 per month.

- Work is in person.

- Prepare and review ITPs, method statements, checklists, WIRs/inspection requests, and other QA/QC documents.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients.
- Perform or coordinate material inspections and testing, and maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Handle NCRs, observations, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain QA/QC records and prepare quality reports.
