Key responsibilities
- Implement the 1 Kerry approach to food safety and quality.
- Build a continuous-improvement culture and share and implement regional best practices.
- Help ensure facilities and processes comply with standards.
- Perform QA and compliance activities and relay food-quality status to the Quality & Food Safety Management Team.
- Promote performance- and quality-improvement programs across the organization.
- Build working relationships with site Manufacturing, MN, WH, and Quality Groups.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Biotechnology, with related manufacturing experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a food-manufacturing quality system.
- Experience handling internal and external audits in accordance with relevant norms and standards.
- Knowledge of food-safety standards, including FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 22000, Yum, BRC, and BK standards.
- Experience with quality problem identification and resolution, including CAPA.
- Experience updating, correcting, improving, and monitoring controlled documents and SOPs.
- Experience handling certification, customer, local ministry, and SFDA audits.
- Fluent English and an analytical, objective mindset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work across functions and organizational levels; strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and conflict-management skills.
