About the role
Responsible for implementing site and Kerry objectives and strategies, including short- and long-term plans.
Coordinates company policies on CGMP to support quality assurance, compliance, and food-safety objectives in line with company procedures and international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the 1 Kerry approach to food safety and quality and build a continuous-improvement culture.
- Share and implement best practices across the region to support facilities and process compliance.
- Perform QA and compliance activities and relay food-quality status to the Quality and Food Safety Management Team.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field, with related manufacturing experience.
- At least three years of experience in a food-manufacturing quality system.
- Experience handling internal and external audits against relevant norms and standards.
- Knowledge of food-safety standards including FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 22000, Yum, BRC, and Burger King standards, plus system documentation and continual improvement.
- Experience with quality-problem identification and resolution using CAPA.
- Experience updating, correcting, improving, and monitoring online control documents and SOPs.
- Experience handling certification, customer, local ministry, and SFDA audits.
- Fluent English; analytical and objective mindset; knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to work across functions and organizational levels; interpersonal, communication, coaching, and conflict-management skills.
- Ability to build close working relationships with site Manufacturing, MN, WH, and Quality groups.
