Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across mid-to-large digital transformation projects.
• Oversee planning, execution, defect management, reporting, and quality governance across the testing lifecycle.
• Manage functional, non-functional, and user acceptance testing.
• Lead QA teams and mentor test engineers.
• Coordinate testing across web, mobile, middleware, and interface applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, and Agile release teams.
• Validate airline processes across PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, Check-In, DCS, GDS, and Amadeus.
• Track progress, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Use Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ALM tools for testing and defect management.
• Improve QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing QA for mid-to-large digital transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with airline systems, including PSS, Reservations, Ticketing, DCS, Check-In, GDS, and Amadeus.
• Experience testing web, mobile, middleware, and interface applications.
• Experience leading end-to-end functional, non-functional, and UAT delivery.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar ALM tools.
• Experience managing testing lifecycle planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Experience leading and mentoring QA teams.
• Experience working with Agile delivery and release teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Arabic and English fluency or prior international work experience in a Western market.
