Oracle AI Agent Studio Engineer

The Role

What You'll Do

• Design, build and deploy AI agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• Translate business and module context from Oracle Fusion functional teams into agent designs and workflows.
• Build agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool and function calling, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems through REST APIs and JSON.
• Work within Oracle Fusion's data model, security and roles, and extensibility framework.
• Use OCI Generative AI services to support agent capabilities.
• Apply AI governance, evaluation and responsible AI practices across everything you build.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in AI/ML or data science, including at least 2 years in GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool/function calling and multi-agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio.
• Experience integrating agents with enterprise systems via REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with OCI Generative AI services.
• Understanding of AI governance, evaluation and responsible AI practices.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications is preferred; full implementation experience is not required.
• Nice to have: Fusion module exposure (HCM, ERP or SCM), Oracle Integration Cloud, Python, Oracle certifications, and experience in mining, manufacturing or industrial sectors.
