Planet Terra is looking for an experienced and reliable Purchasing Supervisor with a strong F&B background to join the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant purchasing experience (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of food suppliers, restaurant products, and market prices.
- Proven supplier negotiation and cost-control skills.
- Ability to manage purchasing independently and ensure product quality and timely deliveries.
- Valid own UAE visa (mandatory).
- Only candidates with relevant restaurant or F&B industry experience should apply.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary based on experience and performance.
- Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED5,000.00 per month.
- 30 days paid annual leave with air ticket.
- Medical insurance and occupational health coverage.
- Duty meal.
- One day off per week.

- Manage restaurant purchasing independently.
- Negotiate with food suppliers.
- Control purchasing costs.
