We are searching for an experienced, highly organized
Purchasing Manager
to lead procurement operations for a premier hotel property in Dubai.
From luxury amenities to high-volume F&B supply chains, you will be the backbone of our cost-efficiency and quality control.
What You Will Do
- Source, negotiate, and purchase all hotel supplies, equipment, operating goods (OS&E), and food & beverage items.
- Analyze market trends to secure optimal pricing, manage inventory levels, and drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Maintain a robust network of reliable local and international vendors, ensuring strict adherence to delivery timelines and brand standards.
- Oversee contracts, purchasing systems, and inventory audits in full compliance with local UAE laws and hotel policies.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years as a Purchasing Manager or Assistant Manager within a large-scale, upscale, or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong existing relationships with UAE hospitality suppliers and a deep understanding of Dubai municipality import regulations.
- Expert negotiation skills, exceptional financial acumen, and high proficiency in procurement software (e.g. SunSystems, Material Control).
