Purchasing Assistant

Gulfwest Co. Ltd. – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation
• Track deliveries, shipments, and inventory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate demand planning
• Maintain supplier records, pricing lists, and procurement files
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment
• Support the Purchasing Manager in daily procurement tasks

Requirements

• **Saudi National (Mandatory)**
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is preferred
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
