Purchaser
About This Role
We are seeking an experienced F&B Purchaser to manage the procurement of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for high-quality food and beverage items
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of perishable and non-perishable goods
- Maintain cost control and optimize purchasing strategies
- Coordinate with chefs and operations teams for accurate demand planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B purchasing or hospitality procurement
- Strong knowledge of food products and supplier networks
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering businesses
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
Experience:
- F&B purchaser: 4 years (Preferred)
