Overview
- Receiving purchase requisition from the concerned department.
- Sending an Inquiry and receiving a quotation.
- Effective price comparison and negotiation.
- Preparing LPO after the price and the item is approved by head of production / management.
- Sending LPO and updating the tracker.
- Coordination and follow-up with the supplier regarding the delivery timeline.
- Preparing custom inward invoice.
- All purchase entries in the system to be recorded upon receipt of items and have them checked and approved by the stores.
- Ensure all invoices, DO’s and other related documents are in order.
- Closing LPO’s in the system.
- Supplier Payment request to finance team.
- Reconciliation of SOA with supplier.
- Administration Support to finance & Admin Executive.
