Job Summary
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for handling all government-related procedures and documentation for the company and its employees.
The role ensures compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations, and other legal requirements by coordinating with various government authorities.
Key Responsibilities Government Liaison
- Act as the company representative for all transactions with government authorities.
- Coordinate with Immigration, Labour Department, Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), Dubai Economic Department (DED), and other government entities.
- Maintain good relationships with government officials to ensure smooth processing of documents.
Visa & Immigration Processing
- Process employment visas, residence visas, and cancellations.
- Handle Emirates ID applications, renewals, and replacements.
- Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Process entry permits, medical tests, and visa stamping procedures.
Labour & Legal Documentation
- Prepare and submit labour contracts and amendments.
- Process work permits, labour cards, and company establishment cards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Assist in drafting official letters for government submissions.
Company Licenses & Permits
- Process trade license applications, renewals, and amendments.
- Handle municipality approvals and regulatory permits when required.
- Ensure company documentation is updated and valid at all times.
Employee Support
- Assist employees with government-related requirements.
- Coordinate with HR regarding onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and employee documents.
- Track expiry dates for visas, licenses, and permits.
- Prepare reports related to visa status and government compliance.
