Job Summary
The Kids Play Area Cashier is responsible for welcoming guests, processing admissions and payments, selling packages and memberships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for children and parents.
The cashier also assists in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist parents with admission procedures.
- Process ticket sales, memberships, birthday party bookings, and other services.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately through the POS system.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pricing, promotions, and play area rules.
- Monitor guest entry and exit procedures.
- Coordinate with play area attendants regarding customer requirements.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and cashier area.
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Promote memberships, packages, and special events to increase sales.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
