Job Summary

The Store In Charge cum Sales and Event Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations of the kids play area store, ensuring proper inventory control, supporting sales activities, and coordinating birthday parties, school bookings, and special events. The role ensures a safe, fun, and organized environment for children and families while achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Store Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the kids play area store and reception area.
• Ensure the play area, party rooms, and store displays are clean, safe, and well organized.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures of the store.
• Ensure all toys, materials, and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
• Follow company safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements.

Inventory Management

• Maintain and monitor stock levels for toys, merchandise, party supplies, arts and crafts materials, and consumables.
• Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records.
• Receive and inspect deliveries from suppliers.
• Report damaged, missing, or low stock items to management.
• Ensure proper storage to maintain product quality and safety.

Sales Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide information about play area packages, memberships, and promotions.
• Promote birthday party packages, events, and add-on services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and payments.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare daily sales reports.

Event Coordination

• Coordinate birthday parties, school visits, group bookings, and special events.
• Communicate with parents regarding event requirements and party arrangements.
• Prepare event schedules and ensure all materials are ready before the event.
• Coordinate with party hosts, facilitators, and support staff.
• Ensure smooth event flow and customer satisfaction.
• Assist during events when required.

Customer Service

• Ensure children and parents have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Address customer concerns or complaints professionally.
• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed within the play area.

Administrative Duties

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, sales, and inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding promotions and operational updates.
• Assist in implementing marketing activities and promotions.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
