We are currently looking for a PRO cum Property Maintenance Driver to join our team.

� Job Responsibilities
As PRO
Process new employment visas and work permits for expatriate employees
Monitor and renew employee residence permits
Handle visa processing for employees’ dependents (new, renewal, cancellation)
Assist with cancellation of employee and dependent visas and follow up procedures
Liaise with UAE Immigration and government authorities for business and employment-related matters
Facilitate medical and police procedures in special cases (e.g., death of employee or next of kin)
Manage company licenses, renewals, and government-related documentation (Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Finance, etc.)
Provide guidance to employees and management on visa and government procedures
Maintain accurate and updated records of all transactions
Stay up to date with UAE laws and regulations and ensure compliance
As Property Maintenance Driver
Safely transport maintenance staff to various locations Deliver tools, materials, and equipment to job sites Assist with basic property maintenance and repair tasks Support property viewings for prospective tenants Ensure timely travel and familiarity with UAE locations Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fueling, oil checks, cleanliness, etc.) Maintain vehicle in excellent working condition at all times
