Our Client
Our client is a well-established consumer goods company, looking to hire an experienced PRO (Emiratization role) to manage government relations, employee documentation, licensing, and compliance activities across the UAE and GCC operations.
Your Role
- Handle employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and immigration processes.
- Manage labor and immigration documentation through UAE government authorities.
- Coordinate Emirates ID applications, medicals, and onboarding documentation.
- Manage trade license renewals and support new license setup across GCC countries.
- Liaise with MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and Free Zone Authorities.
- Ensure all company and employee documents remain compliant and renewed on time.
- Maintain proper records and documentation systems.
Must-Have
- Emiratization
- 2–5 years of PRO experience within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and licensing procedures.
- Experience dealing with government authorities and online portals.
- Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and relationship management skills.
- UAE driving license preferred.
