Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist.
The candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research, and create compelling campaigns to enhance the company's brand presence.
They will manage communication initiatives with various stakeholders, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in driving sales activities.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with overall business objectives will be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal proficiency
- Experience conducting Market Research and analyzing data to draw actionable insights
- Background in Sales and a customer-focused approach to build strong client relationships
- Proven ability to conceptualize and implement effective Marketing Strategies
- A proactive approach to Customer Service with a focus on fostering client satisfaction
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
