• What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?
• Handle vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, and de-registration for the lease-to-own fleet.
• Manage traffic files, fines, Salik processes, lock fines, release of impounded vehicles, and police reports.
• Coordinate with RTA, Traffic Department, Police, and other UAE government authorities for all vehicle-related approvals.
• Process permits, permissions, and compliance documents required for lease-to-own operations.
• Track expiry dates of vehicle registrations, permits, and other documents to avoid penalties.
• Follow up on vehicle-related legal matters, police cases, and court conclusions until closure.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents and government transactions.
• Support fleet and operations teams with compliance and documentation requirements.
• What’s Under the Hood?
• A valid UAE driving license.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience as PRO in a car rental / auto rental company in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle registration, traffic procedures, fines, Salik, impounds, and police cases.
• Proven track record working with RTA, Traffic Department, and Police for vehicle-related matters.
• Familiar with lease-to-own or leasing operations is preferred.
• Strong follow-up skills, able to work independently, and handle field work at government offices.
