Bilingual Pr Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

• **Content Architecture:**
• Draft and refine original copy across diverse platforms, including traditional press releases, social media, web content, and video scripts, ensuring a consistent voice in both English and Arabic.
• **Government Relations Support:**
• Assist in the delivery of nuanced communications strategies tailored for government stakeholders and diverse public sector audiences.
• **Linguistic Excellence:**
• Lead the translation and cultural adaptation of PR and marketing collateral from English to Arabic, ensuring total accuracy and resonance for official UAE communications.
• **Media Engagement:**
• Support the wider team in cultivating and maintaining relationships with regional media outlets to identify and secure high-impact client coverage.
• **Strategic Research:**
• Conduct deep-dive research into industry topics and emerging media trends to identify fresh content opportunities and executive speaking leads.
• **Impact Reporting:**
• Track media coverage and analyse key metrics to quantify the value of PR results, using data to inform future planning for our government accounts.
• **Operational Support:**
• Maintain high standards of administrative excellence by managing media lists, internal trackers, and client reporting workstreams to ensure seamless account operations.

Requirements

• **Experience:**
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Strategic Communications, with a strong preference for candidates who have supported UAE government entities.
• **Bilingual Mastery:**
• Native or professional-level bilingualism (English and Arabic) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills is essential.
• **Digital Integration:**
• A solid understanding of the digital landscape and how social media amplifies traditional PR messaging.
• **Client Stewardship:**
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with a proactive, "ownership" mindset when supporting high-stakes client needs.
• **Location & Availability:**
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days flex).
• Immediate start preferred.
