Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is seeking an experienced and dedicated Public Relations Officer to manage company and employee government-related matters.
The position is based in the UAE and requires 2–5 years of relevant UAE PRO experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee-related government and administrative matters.
- Process new and renewed employment visas and related documentation.
- Manage company government transactions and requirements.
- Handle Trade Licence and Tenancy Contract renewals and related formalities.
- Coordinate with Civil Defence and Hassantuk for company requirements.
- Manage labour-related matters and ensure compliance with UAE labour law and regulations.
- Liaise with government departments and relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate employee and company documentation records.
- Ensure licences, permits, visas, and official documents are renewed on time.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a Public Relations Officer.
- Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and labour regulations.
- Good understanding of visa, labour, licensing, and company-related processes.
- Ability to independently handle PRO and government-related work.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- UAE driving licence is advantageous.
