Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C SPC is seeking an Arabic-speaking Accounts Payable Accountant for its Food & Beverage business.
The description requests 3–5 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Process supplier invoices and payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Coordinate payment matters with suppliers, internal departments, and management.
- Process invoices and payments on time; maintain documentation and support monthly closing.
- Work collaboratively with the team and management while maintaining accuracy under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of accounts payable experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures; ERP system experience is required.
- Arabic speaker; strong organization, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure, meet deadlines, collaborate, and work with attention to detail and responsibility.
