Your role
- Responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal development process for complex spare parts and modernization (Upgrades & Retrofits) projects. This role ensures that proposals are technically accurate, commercially sound, and submitted on time. The Proposal Specialist acts as a key interface between sales, engineering, sourcing, and execution teams, supporting global and regional needs with a focus on standardization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- An engineering or commercial degree
- 5 years experience with technical proposals and 2 years working with highly complex or large value proposals.
- Ability to read technical drawings and documents
- Experience with assessing supplier proposals
- Good planning and project management skills
- Ability to work on parallel proposals
- Strong written and spoken communication skills to global stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft office software tools.
