Job Title: Proposal Engineer

Salary:14 K AED including All

Job Purpose:

• Preparation of tenders with detailed costing of plant, machinery, material, and labor.
• Sending RFQs to manufacturers and suppliers for tender costing.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for site visit reports.
• Presenting comprehensive proposals for management review and BID/NO BID decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 9+ years in tenders and contract management.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and tendering skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and contract management.
• Language proficiency in English and Tamil.
• Where is Proposal Engineer Experience..?
• Should have 10 Years of Experience
• Should have Experience in Transmission line projects (OHL Projects)
• Should be an Electrical Engineer.
• Should have experience in any GCC companies.
• Distribution station (33/11Kv Primary Station Proposal Experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Award Stage:

• Maintaining a master tracking sheet for all inquiries.
• Understanding client requirements and updating contracts accordingly.
• Enquiring with manufacturers and suppliers for cost estimates.
• Preparing detailed costing, including materials, manpower, and capital expenses.
• Submitting techno-commercial offers and maintaining records of submitted tenders.

During Award Stage:

• Following up with clients on submitted offers and converting them into orders.
• Responding to post-tender clarifications.
• Attending client meetings and preparing technical presentations.

Post-Award Stage:

• Reviewing contract clauses, payment terms, and retention clauses.
• Ensuring compliance with financial requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing the project budget with internal stakeholders.
