About This Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized Property Manager to oversee residential and commercial properties in Dubai while also handling administrative and office support activities.
The role will also support apartment pricing, market comparisons, occupancy management, tenant coordination, and ensuring compliance with RERA regulations and building management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of assigned properties
  • Coordinate leasing, tenant relations, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
  • Experience in apartment leasing support, rental pricing, and tenant management
  • Monitor rent collections, service charges, and outstanding payments
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs and upkeep
  • Prepare property budgets, expense reports, and monthly updates
  • Ensure properties are maintained to high standards at all times
  • Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Liaise with owners, brokers, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RERA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Support marketing and leasing activities for vacant units
  • Handle office administration, document control, filing, and record keeping
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow up with suppliers and tenants
  • Prepare reports, quotations, contracts, and correspondence as required
  • Support HR and administrative functions when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in property management and administration in the UAE
  • Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in tenant management, leasing, and maintenance coordination
  • Good knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and office administration
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and property management systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Background

  • Experience managing villas, apartments, or mixed-use properties
  • Familiarity with property management software, CRM systems, and administrative processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and office tasks
