Kitchen Manager – Private Villa

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of the main central kitchen in a private villa setting.

The ideal candidate will have strong culinary knowledge across international and Arabic cuisines, including pastry, and will be capable of leading a team, ensuring high standards, and coordinating seamlessly with in-house staff for daily operations and special events.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the central kitchen

Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet high quality and hygiene standards

Monitor kitchen inventory, stock levels, and procurement needs

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in compliance with health regulations

Demonstrate strong knowledge of international and Arabic cuisines

Possess solid experience in pastry and dessert preparation

Supervise menu execution and ensure consistency in taste and presentation

Adapt menus based on guest preferences and event requirements

Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff

Delegate tasks effectively and ensure smooth workflow within the team

Foster a positive, professional, and efficient working environment

Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when needed

Maintain clear and effective communication with the in-house team, including service staff and management

Coordinate with household teams for daily meal planning and service schedules

Ensure all special requests, dietary requirements, and preferences are communicated and executed properly

Plan and coordinate kitchen operations for events and gatherings within the villa

Collaborate with management and service teams to organize menus, timing, and service flow

Ensure timely preparation and flawless execution of all event-related food services

Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding kitchen operations

Ensure all operations meet the villa’s quality and service standards

Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, Head Chef, or similar role in private villas, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurants

Strong knowledge of international and Arabic cuisines

in pastry and dessert preparation is an added value

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Culinary degree or relevant professional certification

working in private households or VIP environments

Knowledge of menu planning and cost control

Multilingual skills (Arabic and English preferred)

Full-time position (live-in optional, depending on arrangement)

Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and during events
