Overview
We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, and highly organized In-House Butler to join a private villa household team.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working within private villas and be capable of managing household operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and privacy.
This position requires a live-in candidate who is flexible, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day villa operations professionally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily household operations
- Ensure the villa is maintained to high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Coordinate with household staff, suppliers, and service providers
- Supervise housekeeping and ensure all areas are properly organized
- Handle guest reception and hospitality services professionally
- Manage household inventory, supplies, and purchasing requests
- Assist in organizing family requirements, schedules, and special arrangements
- Ensure proper table setup, service etiquette, and dining presentation when required
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
- Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs when necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in private villas and house management is mandatory
- Experience as a Butler, House Manager, or similar hospitality role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
- High attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Flexible and willing to work in a live-in environment
- Trustworthy, discreet, and service-oriented
