Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Leasing Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with clients, building relationships, and contributing to leasing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to property leasing inquiries
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Assist clients in finding suitable properties
• Support tenants throughout the leasing process
• Negotiate lease terms in accordance with company policies
• Manage lease renewals and maintain tenant relationships
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and leasing activities

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a sales-oriented approach
• Organized, proactive, and goal-driven
• Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
• Previous experience in real estate or property leasing is an advantage
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi rental market is a plus
