Salary: Up to AED 4,000 + Commission

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated Leasing Executive to support our rental operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting clients, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring a smooth leasing experience from inquiry to contract completion.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming rental inquiries through calls, messages, and online platforms
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings with prospective tenants
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Guide clients through the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience
- Assist in negotiating rental terms in line with company guidelines
- Follow up on lease renewals and maintain good relationships with tenants
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and transactions in the system
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build client relationships
- Well-organized with good time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client interactions
- Prior experience in leasing or real estate is a plus
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi rental areas and trends is an added advantage
