We are seeking a proactive Property Manager cum Leasing Coordinator to drive the success of our portfolio. You will be the face of our properties, ensuring 100% occupancy through strategic leasing while maintaining a seamless, high-quality living experience for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing Excellence: Lead the end-to-end leasing process, from conducting viewings and vetting prospects to securing renewals and achieving maximum occupancy.
- Portfolio Administration: Manage the full lifecycle of lease agreements, including Ejari registrations, RERA compliance, and DLD documentation.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure high retention rates and exceptional service levels.
- Reporting & Strategy: Prepare comprehensive management reports on occupancy trends and market data; utilize property management software to maintain precise records.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of Dubai Rental Market trends and legal updates to provide expert advice and maintain competitive pricing.
