Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant Team Leader. The role involves leading and managing a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing client consultations, conducting market research, developing strategies to achieve business objectives, and providing guidance and mentorship to team members. Additionally, you will represent the company in negotiations, optimize team performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership and management abilities to lead, inspire, and mentor a team effectively.
• Proven Consulting and Communication skills to engage clients, provide tailored advice, and negotiate successfully.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Strategic Planning capabilities for evaluating market trends and formulating actionable business strategies.
• Relevant real estate industry experience and familiarity with market operations in Abu Dhabi.
• Proficient in interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
