About the Role

As a Property Consultant at PSI, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and advising on lucrative property investment opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include conducting financial modeling and due diligence, assisting in portfolio management, and providing market insights to potential investors.

You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and business development teams to support property acquisitions and investment strategies.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and advise on property investment opportunities.
  • Assist in portfolio management.
  • Provide market insights to potential investors.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record in property investment or a similar role is a plus.
  • Customer Service experience with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and listings, and meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office and real estate tools (CRM systems, property listing platforms, MS Office or similar).
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
