Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The International Off-Plan Client Advisor will work closely with an international clientele, offering advisory services on purchasing off-plan properties.
Key responsibilities
include building relationships with clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing outstanding customer service, and guiding clients through the process of property investment and acquisitions.
Effective communication with Russian, Italian, Chinese, or German-speaking clients is an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Communication, particularly in Russian, Italian, Chinese, or German languages
- Exceptional Customer Service expertise and a customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of Insurance processes and policies as related to the real estate industry
- Background in real estate or investment advisory is a significant advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other real estate industry software is a plus
