About This Role
Property Consultant
A Property Consultant is responsible for advising clients on buying, selling, and investing in real estate, while delivering a high level of service and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property viewings and present projects in a professional manner
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, and developers
- Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and new developments
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Presentable, confident, and client-focused
- Knowledge of the real estate market (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-based environment
