Salary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries related to property sales and investment opportunities.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Assist clients throughout the property sales process, including documentation and sales agreements.
• Negotiate property deals effectively to achieve successful closures.
• Maintain and regularly update property listings across company platforms and portals.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize conversions and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA regulations, and company policies.

Performance Expectations

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
• Convert leads into property viewings, negotiations, and closed sales transactions.
• Continuously acquire and manage new property listings (exclusive and non-exclusive).
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and real estate regulations.
• Conduct professional and engaging property presentations and viewings.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of Dubai real estate sales experience (mandatory).
• Proven track record in property sales and target achievement.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
