Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Executive to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
The role involves client interaction, property visits, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries related to property sales and rentals
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Maintain and update property listings
- Assist clients with documentation and agreements
- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
- Follow up with clients for closures and feedback
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of real estate market
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- MS Office / basic computer knowledge
- Prior experience is a plus (not mandatory)
