Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
As a Sales Manager at ARK Vision International Real Estate, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Your duties will include building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, negotiating property deals, and collaborating with partners to uncover new opportunities.
You will also oversee the sales process to ensure smooth transactions, provide market insights to clients, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective team leadership and performance management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, leadership, strategy planning, and a strong ability to meet targets and drive team performance
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client-relationship-building skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and relevant trends
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting frameworks
- Strong ability to mentor, train, and motivate sales team members to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field
- A valid UAE driver’s license and a strong professional network within the Dubai real estate industry
