Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Build client relationships through personalized consultation and service.
• Manage property viewings, client communications, and inquiries.
• Negotiate and close deals while providing a strong client experience.
• Advise on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales; at least one year of UAE-market experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer-focused negotiation abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
