Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored commercial real estate solutions.
• Research the market and inspect properties to assess and recommend suitable options.
• Manage leasing negotiations, draft lease agreements, and coordinate with legal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of commercial real estate advisory or brokerage experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
• Analytical ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software or platforms.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to outstanding client service.
