Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through personalized consultation and service.
• Manage property viewings, client communications, and inquiries.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales; at least 1 year of UAE market experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer-focused negotiation abilities.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Real estate certification or relevant qualifications are advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other additional languages are a plus.
• A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
