About This Role
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and self-driven Property Consultant to join our Dubai-based real estate brokerage.
This role is strictly good commission on successfully closed transactions.
The role is suitable for agents familiar with the Dubai property market or individuals confident in building and closing deals independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for property sales and leasing in Dubai
- Market residential and/or commercial properties to buyers and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings across Dubai
- Handle negotiations, offers, and closing procedures in coordination with management
- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system
- Advertise listings on major UAE property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, pricing trends, and market movements
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate sales or leasing is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and sales process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
- RERA certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
