About The Role

McCone Properties is looking for ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our Leasing or Sales Team.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are looking to build a long-term career in Dubai real estate, we provide the training, support, and tools to help you succeed.

As a Leasing/Sales Property Consultant, you will assist clients in finding suitable rental properties, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients
  • Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company resources
  • Maintain accurate records using the company CRM
  • Stay informed about market trends, rental values, and community developments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
  • Achieve individual performance and transaction targets

Requirements

  • Sales, customer service, hospitality, aviation, banking, or real estate background preferred
  • Professional level of English required
  • Additional languages are an advantage
  • UAE driving licence and own car are mandatory
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented personality
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate within 1–3 months
