As part of our continued growth, we are seeking ambitious and motivated Off Plan Property Consultants to join our evolving team.
Role Overview
As an Off Plan Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients investing in properties across Dubai.
You will leverage your market knowledge and relationship building abilities to provide outstanding service and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and developers.
- Conduct viewings and provide clients with expert advice on market trends, pricing and investment opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry through to transaction completion.
- Negotiate offers and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market, regulations and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or a customer facing sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated, target driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in IT and CRM systems.
- Valid driving licence is essential.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
