Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful deals.
Leads will be provided by the company, your role is to convert them into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle company-provided leads and follow up professionally
- Advise clients on off-plan and secondary market properties
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends and regulations
- Update CRM with client interactions and deal progress
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (Off-plan or Secondary)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Confident, presentable, and self-motivated
- Valid UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)
