Job Purpose
The Property Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties across Dubai’s dynamic market. This role focuses on generating leads, guiding clients throughout the buying, selling, and renting processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting individual sales targets. The consultant is expected to maintain professionalism, market knowledge, and consistent follow-up to achieve optimal results aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients and investors from international markets.
- Present and promote off-plan and secondary real estate projects in Dubai.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable property investment options.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and project launches.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Turkish, Farsi, Chinese, or Hindi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets.
- Fresh candidates are welcome; prior real estate experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Additional languages are highly preferred.
