Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Property Consultants who operate as area specialists and understand how to dominate their market.

This role is ideal for professionals who already understand the Dubai real estate ecosystem, have strong market awareness, and can confidently advise buyers and investors while closing transactions.

We are particularly interested in agents specialized in communities such as:

JVC JVT Arjan Business Bay Downtown Dubai Marina JLT Motor City Dubai Hills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property listings and client portfolios within your designated area
• Conduct property viewings and investment consultations
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Advise clients on market opportunities, pricing strategies, and ROI potential
• Negotiate transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth transaction execution
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Dubai real estate experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market
• Experience operating as anarea specialist is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Professional presentation and client-facing confidence
• UAE driving license preferred
