About This Role
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
"Preferably holds a broker license. Able to relocate within the UAE."
Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with potential clients to generate property leads
Advise clients on property market trends, prices, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings and site visits for clients, highlighting key features and benefits
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual conditions with clients to close deals
Prepare, review, and process contracts, agreements, and legal documentation, along with helping in preparing property reporting to individual owners separately.
Manage property and leasing transactions from start to finish .
Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and transactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to support property promotions and transactions
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and company policies
Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and contribute to revenue growth
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to maintain client satisfaction
Support property management teams with client feedback and after-sales service
Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry seminars to expand client base
Assist in developing strategies for business growth and market penetration and monitor Informing Finance Dept. about expected tenant’s payment transfer; confirm payment clearance of tenants upon handover of properties.
Technical Competencies:
Familiarity with Property management software
Excellent skills in MS office
Knowledge in using the Leasing related Portal (TAMM, Municipality dept, etc. …)
Preferred Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in property consultancy

Salary with commission, annual air ticket, and medical insurance provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
