About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team.
The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service and market expertise.
Property consultants are typically responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, property viewings, negotiations, and closing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, social media, and company-provided leads.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve successful transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Advertise and market properties on real estate portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate documentation and ensure smooth transaction completion.
- Stay updated on UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, or a sales-related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service mindset.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- RERA certification (for Dubai roles) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or Chinese are a plus.
